SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

 Standard delivery to the UK is charged at £4.50

Items are shipped within 3 - 5 business days from your order being received via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and Signed delivery.

 

Upon shipping your order, you receive a tracking number which helps you to be certain your A.M.A products will be in your hands soon.

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

A.M.A does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

A.M.A reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, A.M.A reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Return & Exchange Policy

We wholeheartedly hope you are happy with your A.M.A purchase, albeit in the case you aren’t we can offer you an exchange or a refund.

In order to qualify of a Return or Exchange:

  • We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving your order.

  • The Item must be returned within 21 days of receiving return/exchange approval and return label.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags, label and security ribbon. Any removal/tampering will make the item ineligible for a return /exchange.

  • The item mustn’t show any signs of wear. Please take care to avoid the transfer of make-up when trying on garments 

  • The item must be safely packaged to avoid damage in transit and contain either a copy of the original order/packing slip or a copy of the return request

Please Note:

  • There are no returns/exchange on Sale Items

  • Please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as a return to avoid any additional customs fee. Any return fees from customs will be deducted from your refund.

  • We can only accept return from the person that purchased the item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

  • The item has to been bought via the ABZee.AMA website

  • We will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit.

  • We can not accept any items which is damaged due to staining (food, makeup, sweat, etc.) or scent (perfume or body odour)

  • If we receive an Item that doesn’t comply with our policy we will return it to the sender with an explanation. You would have to cover any costs that occur. 

  • It will take between 3 - 5 working days for this transaction to be authorised by your bank and for your funds to appear in your account. 

  • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. 

  • Exchanges will be processed 24hr after receiving your original item working days and sent out in 2 weeks as all items are made to order.

  • We do cover the cost of the postage for Exchanges and Returns

  • Should you need to exchange before shipping please contact abzee.ttb@gmail.com - We can not guarantee your request will be seen ahead of shipping so please beware you are ordering the correct items at the first point of ordering.

  • Cancelation regarding your online orders should be cancelled within 24 hours of your order.
