  • Where are you based?
    AMA is based in London, England
  • Where are your products made?
    Our products are handmade in London by one of our founders. Abigail.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    No.
  • Can I customise an order?
    Yes, we take customised orders. Please fill out our contact form and we will get back to you with more information.
  • When will out of stock items be restocked?
    We update our shop every Black Pound Day. That is the first Saturday of every month.
  • Do you have items in child sizes?
    Unfortunately we don't have a line of children items. However feel free to contact us at abzee.ttb@gmail.com if you would want us to expand our line.
  • Do you have gift cards?
    Yes we do, You can find them under our drop down menu or you can link here. The miniuim price is £10
  • I love this item, can I have it in a different fabric?"
    You are our first proity therefore if you have a fabric preference, you can inform us at abzee.ttb@gmail.com
  • I have already made my order - can i amend it?
    Your order might be able to be amend if it hasn't be dispatched yet. Send us a email with your order number and amendment and we will let you know.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We wholeheartedly hope you are happy with your AMA purchase, albeit in the case you aren’t we can offer you an exchange or a refund. Please read our shipping and returns page for more information.
  • How do I know my order has gone through?
    We will send you you a order confirmtion email. Detailing all your information about your order.
  • What should i do if my order hasn't been delivered yet
    First, check you confirmation email as it will have your estimated delivery date on it. If it has pass the estimated delivery date contact us and we will help you contact the courier.
  • How long do products take to ship?
    We recommend you to allow 7 working days for your Items to arrive for domestic orders
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland
